About
A calmer way to own rental homes.
Havenstead was founded by Šimon Kostka to give landlords a professional management desk without building a large in-house team. We are based in Slovakia and work with long-term residential rentals, not short stays.
The name is a promise: a home that stays occupied, looked after, and easy to own. You keep the property. We keep the calendar.
Who we work with
Landlords with one to twenty long-term homes who want screening, rent collection, maintenance, and reporting handled by the same desk. If you prefer to self-manage after the tenant moves in, start with Tenant Placement instead.
