Terms of service

By buying a Havenstead plan you hire us to manage or let the properties you list at checkout, up to the home count in that plan.

You confirm you have the right to let the property. You provide access, accurate occupancy information, and any current lease. We confirm whether we can take the home during onboarding. If we cannot cover the address, we refund the first unused charge.

Management is an ongoing service billed monthly until you cancel. We are not a landlord of record unless a separate written appointment says so. Tenant placement does not include ongoing management.

These terms sit alongside Whop’s platform terms for payment and access.
