Refund policy

Management plans can be cancelled before onboarding work starts. If we have not yet collected keys, listed the home, or contacted a tenant, we refund the first charge on request.

Once onboarding or tenant placement work has started, the current period is not refundable. Recurring management can be cancelled at any time so it does not renew.

Let Only (tenant placement) is refundable only if we have not listed the home or begun viewings. After listing starts, the fee covers that work and is not returned.
