What we do:
Property listing and viewing coordination
Tenant screening (income, references, credit where available)
Lease preparation and move-in checklist
Handover of keys, inventory, and tenant file
Typical timeline is 2 to 6 weeks depending on the home and local demand. After purchase, complete the property intake in your client portal. Placement is complete when the lease is signed and the tenant has moved in.
This does not include ongoing rent collection or maintenance. Add Full Management if you want us to stay on after move-in.
